• No Refund. Exchanges only. Items being exchanged MUST be in NEW condition. You MUST submit a request to exchange your item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges MUST be made within 7 days of approval of your exchange request.

• Exact Pick-up locations are provided after full payment is received.

• Drop-off is available within a 15 mile radius of zip (20784) with a non-refundable fee of $5. One attempt will be made to successfully deliver your order. If unsuccessful due to the customer, you will be responsible for picking up your order or paying another non-refundable $5 delivery fee.

• Shipping Returns are paid at the customer’s expense.

*Customers are held solely responsible for determining their dog's exact size.
